About the Position

The Receptionist responsible for answering calls, relaying them to the appropriate department, and greeting in-person customers. The position plays a key role in delivering on D&S' promise of exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Receptionist will report to the Collision Center Manager and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience.

Essential Job Functions

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person, department or location
Provide basic information in-person and over the phone
Greet all in-person customers with a friendly demeanor
Assist with the coordination of customer rental cars
Maintain safe and clean reception area, including showroom pens and marketing materials
Maintain and keep inventory of coffee, water and bathroom supplies in customer waiting area
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Assist Collision Center Service Representative with preparing vehicle drop-off files and work authorization forms
Assist the Accessory Department by sending out Google Review requests
Assist customers with tows
Assist staff with company-hosted events as assigned
Other duties and special assignments as assigned

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of related experience
Experience handling multiple lines at once preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and credit check
Ability to handle confidential information
Punctual and dependable attendance
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
